Cancellation Policy
* Appointments must be rescheduled 24 hours prior to appointment time.
* SAME DAY CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE will be charged 50% of service
* NO SHOW will be charged 100% of service
* Client is allowed a 15-minute grace period, if client exceeds this time the appointment will be cancelled and policy will be enforced.
